Im having some trouble with ebay i sold some items and paypal payments were sent but when i check my debit

card balance the money is not there and when i check my paypal balance the money is there but why is the money not on my debit cards that are linked to my paypal account and how do i spend the money that is on my paypal account if they are not on the debit cards

If you have a PayPal debit card, it works just like your bank debit card.  All you would do is use the PayPal debit card just like you would your bank card.  Swipe it at any store that accepts Master Card.

Also, you can withdraw the funds to your confirmed bank account or request a check to be sent to you.  There is a proccessing fee of $1.50 to have a check sent to you, but free to withdraw it to a confirmed bank account.

All you would do is log into your PayPal account, click on the withdraw funds sub-tab then select the bank account you'd like the funds to go to and the amount and confirm it.

Ebay and Paypal now hold payments until 3 days after positive feedback is left or 21 days after the auction is concluded.
