Im having trouble downloading egyptian movies..any help?

i want to watch movies from egyptian websites like www.egyfilm.com and www.nasey.com and every time i try to download a movie on to my computer it gets so confusing... if any 1 downloaded movies from these websites can u plz tell me how u did it step by step?
