Im having trouble reaching a destination from a 360 user who sent me a message/how do i get to their page? th

Hi there Jamie

In the message that this person sent you , you can either click on the picture or  click on their Name ID beside the picture.

That will take you to their page.

Once you are in their page , you can always open a note pad and copy and paste the URL of the page you will see in the browser.

That will always take you to the page directly.

Click on their avatar or name in the message you received. You don't have to write down the URL address to get back to their 360 space again (although that is an option). You can either keep that message in your inbox OR when you visit that person's 360 space, you can add them as a Favorite.

Favorites is a private list. Only you can see it and you can use it to visit the space again, without having to add them as a connected friend. Click the "Add" link under their personal profile picture (Top Page, left side) and DON'T check the "Invite As a Friend" box before submitting. Read more about Favorites here:
