Im having trouble sleeping HELP?

i wake up early as in 8:30am and sleep at 1 or 2 am

  1. that's pretty much my normal times in college.  but if you think you're having trouble falling asleep or staying asleep here are some foods to natually help you sleep:

    -bananas

    -warm milk

    -turkey meat

    these three foods contain an amino acid (building block of protein) called typtophan which causes sleepiness naturally!
