Im having trouble sleeping?

in the last 2 or 3 months of summer, if its like 2 or 3 in the morning and im really tired i cant get to sleep that easily, i just think about going to sleep and makes me want to stay up more, and right now its 1:30 and i got school tommorow, im kinda tired but i want to sleep, and suggestions to help me sleep?

  1. WOW its 9 in the morning ere and i dnt have skwl 4 6 weeks. (london) you need exercse and fresh air. get off the comp NOW and think of nice things. take off ur duvet and open a window


  2. A nice warm milk will do the trick. A comfortable bed and pillows and a warm bath can also help you to get a nice sleep...

    But if you still can't sleep... try to consult a physician.


  3. This was what I told another person who couldn't sleep.  Take this from a guy who had trouble sleeping for many many years.  I do these things and sleep well.

    First of all, no caffeine from the afternoon on. Exercise or do some sort of physical exertion in your day to use up your energy. At night, eat a bowl of cereal. The milk makes you burp a few times. Believe me, you will feel relief and relaxed after that. Watching comedy shows that make you laugh helps to relax as well. Reading makes me tired. s*x (if you're of age and have a partner) relieves tension. Lastly, a massage. If you're by yourself, then get an iJoy massage chair. The cheapest one is still soOo good. It retails for about $600 I think. Oh, and if your in bed, clear your mind and take slow, deep breaths. Each time you breathe in through your nose, hold it for a few seconds. Feel it expanding your lungs. Then, slowly breathe out through your mouth. Do it 10 times slower and slower. I promise these things will help you.   4. hey try to consult your doctor and oh don't take sleeping pills if not prescribed you might overdose it try going to an spa also maybe it's stress or maybe you could have an vacation try doing yoga (optional)

    the best is consult your doctor or maybe it's in your bed or pillow. if you can't really sleep that's bad go to an hospital ^_^

  5. dont take any naps during the day and get alot of exercise. When its time to go to sleep turn off the t.v. and the computer and just go to sleep.
