Okay, You know how you can connect your cell phone to MSN?

Well, if somebody talks to you, is it a regular text message?

or is it a premiun text messsage?

Texting is different than IMing. To IM someone you have to connect to the net through your phone and that can incur different charges than texting. Depends on how your carrier figures their charges. So to answer your ?, its not a regular text message.
