Im heading to cali for a trip soon and i need help?

Im wondering what time is the best to not get stuck in traffic. Heading from lax to ontario ca (to go to an outlet mall) It takes 1 hr but takes 2 if theres traffic so i would like to leave as early as possible so what time do you suggest?

Traffic around LAX gets bad about 7am and stays heavy until about 7pm on weekdays. It may lighten up a bit from 11-2, but I wouldn't count on it too much. My suggestion would be to leave well before 7am and stop for breakfast once out of the metro area since the mall doesn't open until 9-10.

It's a great mall and worth the effort to get there. Have fun!

You should not take the 405 freeway unless your going to be on it for a short time. I would get on the freeway around 9 or 10 am if its the weekend. During the week leave like 6am or 7 at the latest. Traffic on the 10 fwy usuallt dies down around 11am on the weekdays.

The rush hour is usually done by 9:00 AM on a weekday.  But the good news is, if you are traveling *out* of metropolitan LA, you won't have too bad of traffic, because most people are heading *in* to LA for work.

If you're doing that drive on a weekend, it's best to get an early start--maybe 8 AM.

i live in SO cal made trips from LAX to ontario lots weekdays let everybody

get to work go after 9:00am if coming  back to LA  2:30pm no later
