Please let me straight out things. You just got your residence visa with all expenses on your sponsor and now you want to leave????????????

Fulfill your contract first or compensate your sponsor. Do you know how much not refundable fees have to be paid by the sponsor to hire you? Not to mention all the other fees.

Fulfill first the contract you signed and then go on.
