  1. Make sure you have the right sized hutch for the right breed, for example if you have a smaller hutch a Netherland Dwarf would be recommendable because they are one of the smaller breeds

Also check if it has had its two injections, lots of people dont bother with its injections as outbreaks of the diseases  are rare, but if it does catch either of them (myxomatosis or Vhd) then it will kill the rabbit and the disease will live on your clothes and infect any rabbits you come into contact with

Please make sure it has its injections=)

    Hoe this helps

  2. check out my site, its all bout bunnies

    www.lionheadlove.piczo.com

  3. leave it for the first few hours you get it, let it get used to its surroundings, then just make sure you play with it and handle it everyday, give it regular teeth and nail checks, and give it plenty to do, like chewing toilet tubes boxes etc, and occasionally hide pieces of veg and fruit for it to fine and your rabbit will be happy :) if its outdoor rabbit, let it out everyday, unless its really windy/rainy etc. if you want any other help on anything else mail me on here

  4. - don't just go by how cute they are see if you and it really bond together

    - adopt it from the spca that way you know you are really helping

    - don't make quick moves at first it may startle it

    - when petting it let it see your hand before you pet it that can scare them just feeling your hand on their back

    - don't hold it by the ears or the neck that can hurt them

    hope ive helped ;-)

  5. To keep them happy let them run in a wide, safe place, make sure you see what is good for them and what is not (banana's are good)
