Hi, Im assisting in hosing a very important conference in late November in Toronto i am interested in hearing food suggestions., we are looking for the food to be buffet style, and animal friendly ie. Koshier or Hala as the animals are slaughtered in a much more humane way . All suggestions are welcome . Canadian governemnt people will be present , it is going to be a formal dinner and the rest informal . I appreciate the help. Please and Thank you :)
