Im im prepering for a water balloon/watergun/ any water war but how do i preper or how do i make the stuff?

yes i im going to have a water war i need to know how to make a water balloon launcher and water traps and anything to wet my friends how do i preper and were can i get the cheapest and good stuff from (how do u make a water ballon launcher) and were can i get the stuff to make the launcher?

nozzles from household type cleaners (windex, etc) fit perfectly on 2 liter bottles

Get any size plastic drink bottle and poke a nail in the center of the cap.  When the bottle is squished or stomped on you can shoot about a third of the water in at once.  And it has great range.

get the water baloons/waterguns,fill them up and place them at different stations.each person gets there own ``base`` and you should make forts,declare a starting time,and an ending time,then begin ``war``. make a prize for the winner and maybe even a penalty for the looser. the cheapest i get things are the dollar tree.i dont know about the ballon launcher though.
