im imran from srilanka,i like to study in uk, what is the college need low addmision & tution fees/ low educational qualification for IT study. how much i need spend for student visa other documents.

By college I assume you mean University.  If you mean University then there simply is no "low qualification" (unless from a mature student who may have relevant work experience them that they may consider).  You have to have the normal entry requirements to all University - and top class results for the top class uni's

Same for tution fees..... therefore I would suggest you qualify yourself in Sri Lanka or work first, earn some money and study part-time to the required standard before applying
