  1. They timed you wrong, that broke both of my middle school records, get timed again officially.

  2. Those are pretty good times.

Keep up the good work and pretty soon... colleges will be fighting over you. = )

  3. You're doing really good, are you using a hand timer or acutrack times?

My school has a freshman running 11.6 110m dash, 23.xx in the 200m dash. So it is possible that you're running this fast.

If you're using a hand timer, your times dont count...so wait until highschool ;P

  4. Omg dude thats crazy....

  5. I've been around track, either competing or coaching, for 11 years.  Your times aren't anything spectacular but they are pretty good if they are fully automatic times without more than 10 mph of wind aid, that is.

What really matters is that you have run as fast as you possibly can up to this point.  If you didn't run as well as you could when you ran those times, then you're not doing that hot.  If you know that you've done your best, then I would say that you're doing great.

A lot can happen for a runner between ages 14 and 18 and then again between 18 and 24.  A lot of young women get slower after high school because of the way a woman's body matures: naturally tending to add body fat and widening of the hips.  Most men peak somewhere between age 25 and 32 (and I'm assuming that you're a male based on your times) so you have a lot of time to improve if you stick with it.

Track really isn't all about times and distances and heights.  It's about testing the limits of the human body.  Times should really be used to gauge your own improvement.  Good luck!

  6. those r awesome times and ur only 14! colleges will so want u when ur older
