What happens at a KTV place (Kareoke) - whats the best one to visit ?

Is it private singing?

Usually small rooms, hired out to one or more as a group.  Usually food & drink are available. Usually hostesses bring stuff. Your group can sign, watch movies, whatever.  

KTV varies from place to place & establishment to establishment from karaoke through to the more exotic private rooms with hostesses that look after you.
