Im in Washington State I was at work today and another co-worker yelled F**K YOU to me !!

I need to know if anyone knows if this is illegal or if I should file a complaint?

This person has been rude to me in the past I just walk away when he is but today was the last straw for me I feel as if it is a hostel workplace ...

I really need some good advice I don't want to just let this one go ...

The last time I checked, cursing was not illegal. Could you imagine how many crimes would be committed every day just standing in line at the DMV? =)

However, in the workplace it may be considered a form of verbal abuse. I would definitely file a complaint with the employee's supervisor or your HR department. Do it sooner rather than later.

I usually don't correct spelling, but hostel and hostile are two entirely different things.
