Question:

Im in a performance class at school and we lift weights there, i dont know if i will be able to do MY routine?

ive gotten good results from this...i finally got to my goal using this (160 pounds) im 5 ft 4 and i was 150 7 weeks ago lol

well i dont think the teacher will let me do it in his class... and i really hate riding my bike to the gym after school everyday...its 3 miles away

so i get home at 330 ride my bike there when i get home and get there at around 4 bust my *** there cuz of traffic and my bike is so dam slow i have to pedal like h**l to get there and then bust my *** riding back cuz then i go to my girlfriends house around 5-530 (my protein is there)

so i thought that id take THIS class so i wouldnt have to do that cuz it gets irritating...but my teacher is like "you all are going to be using my routine" and bla bla bla...i want to use mine

should i just not do anything in the class? cuz i really want to finish this d**n program...i wanna see how strong ill get by week 12 and how much ill weigh

cuz im curious...since its worked thus far....what should i do sons?

U know what i really hated the school gym and there were idiots who didnt know what t-bar rows or either dumbbell shoulder press was and was making fun of it.The best thing to do is do something in that class and work good outside the gym.When you are in the school gym u cant workout like you workout outside.Thats why i go to the outside gym(world gym).Its been almost 2 years since i got out of high school and i see 2 of the idiots from my school gym sometimes in the world gym.

    Edit the only thing i ever did in my high school gym was running on treadmill and some military presses.F ucking people annoys me and even some chick told me not to bench 200lbs and its bad for the back.What for was her problem was i thinking.

    Now its all memories.Its like 2 years ago and i no longer care what people say or think.

    Well about 530 bench i dont or havent ever seen a single bodybuilder in the world that can bench that much.Powerlifters yes but no bodybuilder.Is your brother a bodybuilder or a powerlifter or what.If he is training for mass thats a lot for strength thats still good.Ronnies best i have ever seen on youtube is 495 idk his max but marcus can bench that.580 is what the records say his max is ,arnold no way he can bench 500,lou no,Jay may be,Dexter no,Jonnie no.Your brother is  a ******* strong guy.

    I have a very hard time losing fat too.I am at 177lbs right now bodyfat idk about 16-18 i think goal is to get to 200lbs and cut to 170 about 4% bf not planning to compete now.

    About benching how much i dont care.But i would like to bench 400.But main goal is mass.

    Jay cutler does not bench 1000lbs.He dont use the shirt you mean.He uses normal gym clothes when he train.I seen people at m gym do about 600-700lbs but they are not even 1/2 the size of ronnie or Jay.They have bad form and almost every powerlifters have bad form.I would rather bench 200lbs with good form than doing 300lbs with very bad form.Most bodybuilders train with 500s they go for form not for the amount of weight.55 thats close to ronnies size.He is 58.

    There is not a single bodybuilder in the world that can bench 1000lbs with good form.Powerlifters dont care about form so they do weights as much heavy as they can.
