  2. Interesting one, I have always though about this when I go away.

    I just make plans before I leave England - pack double what I need across all bags etc...

    If your there for a long time leave someone in the UK with your prescription card and get them to post them to you?

  4. I don't know what an e111 is, but I suggest you phone up a doctor in your region, or go to a pharmacist.

    Search for 'huisarts' within the city you are in for a doctor, and search for an 'apotheek' to find a pharmacy.
