Im in in the 8th grade?

what can i do to get arm muscles without lifting weights or anything. should i do push ups or somthing?

  1. right now you shouldnt worry about gaining mass. you should focus on building life long habbits that will keep you heathly and fit. My husband used to worry about that stuff. He used 'roids and wieght gainers, bit mistake. He's 32 years old and is having a hard time getting rid of his tummy.  he wishes he could go back in time and change things. When you are a full grown man you can work on building mass. i dont think girls pay too much attention to that stuff right now, i didnt when i was your age :)


  2. Push ups are a great way to build your strength and some of your arm muscles.  Once you can do regular push ups, try doing harder ones, such as putting your hands together in the center and then pushing up or turn your hands facing outward and do them that way.  That should help if you do it consistently.
