definately go to manhattan, 42nd street there is a bunch to do.....take the 1 2 4 5 6 9  A C E train there...have fun!!!

go to MOMA, go to the Met, check out a broadway show (go to TKTS), go to Chinatown and get some food, take a tour at NBC, etc., go to IMAX theater, go to an Indy film (e.g., Angelika), go to Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island, go to Empire State building, check out the East Village...GET OUT OF BROOKLYN!

i live in ny too . go to the city . i love canal street, they have really cheap stuff . or you can go to barnes and noble and buy books, theres a barnes and noble in bayside, forest hills, they have many in manhattan . or borders, its the same thing just with a different name . go to coney island . 5th avenue is really fun just browse . go to the movies or sumthin . hang out with your friends and go to jones beach or rockaway . goinn to the city with friends is really fun . i do it like every saturday . have fun loll
