Question:

Im in pain! hellpp!!

today i have been doin alott of heavy lefting, and my back hurts.. but not so much my back its my left side near my kidneys. it didnt hurt earlier.. but now it hurts alot. what should i do.

i put a heating pad on it.. but its not really working?

helpp pleasee.!

  1. Try resting it and take Advil. If it continues to hurt and not get better, see a doctor.


  2. i weight lift for cheer leading (yes cheer) and you probably got wrong position and it injured your back. always make sure to be in a good supportive position because you can mess up your back very easily.

  3. Chiropractors are quacks! Your body hurts cause your building muscle. Massaging it will help the pain go away and if its bad pop an advil. Make sure you drink lots of water and it will feel better in a day or two. The muscles are going to be sore as they become stronger from the new strain you put on them.

    You put a stress on your body, so your body rebuilds itself stronger in that area than before so if it happens again your body is ready for it. If you don't continue to exercise the muscles they will slowly break down until they are just big enough to handle your day to day stresses. That way your body isn't wasting energy on muscles it doesn't need.

    Your body wants to be strong enough to handle the stresses you need to put on it, but it doesn't want to be so strong that you can't keep it fueled. So it grows and shrinks to find its own balance. Cool huh?

  4. Heat will definitely make it worse. You need to visit a chiropractor as soon as possible.
