  1. I think those things have to be really really severe to cause damage like that.   If you are so worried you need to find another dentist who can get you in right away.  My dad taught me when I had a bad tooth to get some regular plain old crest and put it in the cavity.  It helps it feel better and cuts the pain.

  2. I would see if another dentist can see you sooner. If that doesn't work, go see your doctor, you may need to talk about possible antibiotic therapy if one of your teeth abcesses.

  3. i had the same issue when i was preggers, and ended up having 4 teeth removed. if you can reach the  spot with orajel, use it. try using a q tip if its hard to get to. then take some tylenol, its about the only thing you can take at the moment. look up an emergency dentist. theres no way you can wait almost another month with pain like that. you'r dentist will have to get over your unloyalty, being as he is being a doof if he knows your pregnant and in pain, and he cant squeeze you in. call all the dentist around, try and get in, if not like i said, id call an emergency dentist, plus alot of dentist will have a certain time for walk ins. if all else fails, and i doubt it will, you can go to the emergency room. they wont mess with your tooth, but as long as the cavity is visible ( im assuming it is since you said they are all bad) they'll give you pain meds and possibly an antibiotic. your allowed to take codeine while pregnant. i know it seems wierd, but its supposed to be totally safe. i hope you get in somewhere soon. you wont die. dont know who told you that, they're either mis informed or really mean for scaring you like that. oh, and whatever you do, if its infected, dont put a hot rag on it. i know it feels great, but it spreads infection. you should however rinse your mouth with salt water. its like natures antibiotic. good luck.

  4. Yes you need to really find another dentist soon! I know a lady which passed away from one tooth infection that lead to her brain. This can be taken care of without you waiting so long...Many dentists will take you same day, especially if you are pregnant!  If money is a problem, many Doctors are fine with you paying a little at a time. But you really need to see someone fast. I don't mean to scare you but it is the truth. I also had one major toothache when I was pregnant  at 7 months and was seen the first day and it was pulled out, it was so infected! So I don't suggest you staying at home in agony and probably putting yourself and baby at risk for a tragedy!

  5. Any future mother with a toothache during pregnancy should seek pregnancy dental care with a knowledgeable emergency dentist as soon as the dental pain begins. A mother who is with dental pain stresses her body and this stress can effect her baby. A pregnancy toothache can stress both a mother and her baby and the pain should always be addressed as soon as it occurs. Untreated periodontal care can result in a low birth weight or even a premature baby.

I don't think it could kill you, I'll do more research though.

  6. Girl! First, you are not going to die. LOL.When I was in my first trimester. I had toothaches out of this world. The first tooth it was chip. It had been like that for a year. I was in so much pain one night. I had chills. The doctor gave me some antibiotics and Tylenol. It kept hurting! After that I went to a dentist and got it pull. Then about 2 weeks later another tooth was hurt. That **** hurt like h**l. It had a hole in it. I took Tylenol and everything. It didn't work. I had to spend the whole weekend in misery. When Monday morning came, I went to the dentist as a walk in. I said if you guys don't take this out I will. After that i felt so much better. I'm 2 teeth short, but I promise you it's worth it. Go to another dentist and just get it pull. When you get a X-ray make sure they put something over you so the lead will not injury the baby. Good Luck

  7. A dentist should take you in as an emergency call when you're in that much pain and they'll take care of you the same day.  So, if yours won't go to a different one!!!!!!f Someone will take you.  I wouldn't worry too much about the infection, if it's an infection they'll get you on antibiotics that are safe right away.  Just let them know you are pregnant!  Good luck, I hope you feel better, pregnancy sure takes a toll on teeth

  8. I think the pain can get intense but I don't think your going to die!

  9. You're not going to die from a cavity.

This happens a lot during pregnancy, your tooth enamel goes down the tube!

  10. There is really nothing you can take if you are pregnant only tylenol but that wont even help that much sorry. =/

Just wait it out and ask your dentist whats the strongest pain med you can take that wont harm your baby.
