Im in the navys dep and want to transfer over to the AF. please read

I told the navy recruiter that i dont want to join, and i had a change of heart. so they try to sell the navy back to me, and they want me to come in talk to them give them a notice in writing about my lifes plan and what i want to do, but i dont think its necassary. what should i do?
