my mom says i exercise religiously and not even 200yards and i need to stop but i don't, i keep going for miles, but i have to run slow or else i can get air inside me, so i always come in last....one time when i was do quarter mile sprints i could not breath at all, and my body just wanted to cry, it wasnt emotional or anything i just needed to cry, why???
