im indian national (muslim) & my girl is filipina (christian) wer planning to get married this coming June 2008 in the phils? what requirements i need to bring there & were can i get my visa? were both here in dubai. can i get all my requirements i need here in dubai in indian embassy?

Yes, of course you can, you just need a valid passport,photos, photocopies, air tickets, and money.  In the worst case scenario you would need an official letter of invitation from a business or travel agency in the Philippines, but I don't think you will need that.  I am certain you can easily get a 30 day tourist visa.

In the country:

You can do a marriage at the public office there to get an official marriage liscense.  Which you will also need a letter of single or divorced status from the Indian Embassy, remember the goverment of the Philipines have their own marriage laws and do not accept Shariah Law, so it is probably best to do the marriage with the local Iman in Dubai, and then have the document translated from Arabic into English, and then you can take these documents to the govermenment office in the Philippines and they will issue you the marriage certificate/liscense.  You can still do a Christian wedding ceremony in the Church.
