This is a true story, I have a friend married to an Indian, six years ago.  First year of their marriage is great. After a year, they are having problem already which church to go a hindu church or in a christian church. Ended up in,  "I am the father of the family, I'm the man so you should follow my religion".  So many things that they can't agreed,  like in food also she can't eat beef  in the house  because he is a hindu. Hindu don't eat beef. And so on and so forth.... think of all these and be smart.  This situation could help you. You ask him if this situation will happen also.  If he promise it wont then marry him.  He is the right man for you.

can you seriously feel comfortable with each others religion??I ask this because my childrens father is buddhist and Im christian and there have beeen times I was asked to go into the temple with him and pray to buddah I was like no I cant

but then when my/our kids got older and were baptized I asked if he wanted to go and join in a celebration of there baptism

well he showed up drunk and was calling his friends on his cell phone when the pastor was praying

I was like omg stop that cant you wait till afterwards

he said sh*T god dont care

I feel religion can be a very big topic to talk about but do try to respect one anothers religion

if you are in love with each other, go for it. all of the other stuff will work it self out. could you see spending the rest of your life without this man??? did not think so. do what your heart tells you to do.
