  1. I'm in your position too, having riden a few boards, and ready to get a good one of my own. I would say DON'T get a burton. I just don't like the feel of them and I find that they're a bit heavier. I really like the feel of Rome snowboards, but that's just me.

  2. hey whats up bro my name is jake schladweiler i am 13 and currently sponsored by moda 3 and sixsixone. but all my friends call me snowpro. i found your question and i am here to help. well seeing that u don't suck and your not the best a good you should look at would be a:

    5150

    rossignal

    dominick

    ride

    or k2

i hope u get lucky on a cheap deal but anways here are some cheap websites:www.moda3.com,www.proboardshop....

  3. well i am also in your position but im not really sure which board tbh im going to wait till all the 08/09 boards have been released then go to my local shop try out some demo boards and talk to the guy,

your best bet it todecide which board your wanting, freestyles, freeride, all mountion etc then look at the boards and there spec. then when they come into the shops go and speak to the guys in there they will give you some good advice.

  4. get a burton

  5. since you didn't give any info i'll give you a few boards that can apparently perform well all over the mountain. the rome agent, ride DH, DC MLF and DC HKD.

  6. It depends on what kind of riding you are doing and other factors like weight and even shoe size. I don't know if you are looking for an All-Mountain board or a Freestyle / Jib board. These are some brands that I think are best:

All Mountain: Ride, K2, Burton, Nitro

Freestyle: Rome, K2, Lib Tech, Gnu

    Good Luck

  7. First you need to determine your riding style, ability, and budget. Personally I think that the HEAD Matrix is one of the better intermediate boards out there. It's a more forgiving board, so it will be easier to progress on. It is also quite affordable.

  8. i went and bought the forum bully. that thing is so nice and the performance is great. it has a stiffer flex so the board has a lot of pop. if you have big feet like me ( 11.5 or bigger ) you should get the forum bully. it is made for people with big feet. if you dont, get the forum grudge. they are exactly the same thing but different graphics and fit riders with normal sized feet. i hoped this helped.
