Go for value picks, a value pick is for example

Fulham to beat Arsenal at @10.0. If you think Fulham has a better chance than 10.0 then take it. Of course you can try with odds around 3-4. Dont bet low odds under 2.0. They are money losers.

You need to develop your own system and try to keep it as low risk as possible.  Also, if you are serious about it you may want to look at buying a sports betting system.  They can help you come up with quality picks as you develop your own system.
