Im just wondering, is there a difference in difficulty between January, June, and August regents exams?

Im retaking the Living Environment regents exam and I'm just wondering if there is a difference in difficulty between the exams in different times because August is usually for people who are retaking the exams, so maybe it's easier? Who knows. (i was far from failing on the first test, i just didn't get the score i wanted)

Some speculate that the August exams are easier because people are taking them mostly for the second time to pass, but I believe according to NYS they're equal in curriculum as well as difficulty, however subjective a term that may be.
