  1. Take care of your knees. You'll forget about it in a few days. =]

  2. Dont worry!!! Its all fine it wont happen to you. there are really only certain ways to dislocate something. For exapmle if you twist someones arm and punch the socket itll dislocate so only awkward positions will dislocate it! Dont worry You will forget about it sooner or later

  3. dislocations are very tricky and can vary upon force, and the person that it is happening to. "put it this way" the chances of you dislocating your knee or other body part, is very slim, you need "A LOT!" of force and forward motion, chances are your bone would break before it dislocated

  4. Well strengthen your knee muscles.

probably not that easy to dislocate it...they are rare, per the link.

    Prevention

        * Attempt to avoid major accidents.

        * Avoid risky activities such as skiing, motorcycle riding, or jumping from high places.

  5. Don't move fast don't jump from stairs and don't play violent sport and avoid wet floor . just walk quitly

  6. Dislocating something--and especially something like that--

    is difficult to do.

I've seen just about every part of the body become dislocated, and yeah, it's gross, but it passes the mind eventually.

And in all these years, I still haven't dislocated anything.

Be careful, and Hope I Helped =)
