  1. I have never had my teeth pulled out but i know some people who did.

    I think it is painful

  2. it is better go to the dentist sooner rather than later. since you are 15 you should have gone before. i have been going since i was 3. buttttt, it is okay. you can still go and you should. if your teeth are that bad and you are only 15, it is only a matter of time before they become worse. i would find a dentist that can clean your teeth really well and instruct you on what to do with them from there. it is not too painful to get a tooth pulled. the worst part is after. you feel sore and dont really want to eat. you just feel tugging and pressure. you might not even need to get one pulled! just go to the dentist. dont worry!

  3. The best thing is to book an appointment with a dentist that a friend recommends.Explain to the dentist that you have not been for a while and your having problem but the reason you have not been is your an anxious patient. On your first visit they may only do a routine check-up,xrays and prescribe antibiotics.Ask if they can discuss what treatment you may need and the procedures.Having a tooth extracted is done under local anaesthetic, once you have this the only thing you would feel was pressure.Sometimes after an extraction and hen the numbness wears off it feels sore but once you have taken some painkillers it will get better..........good luck.

  4. Dude... go to your dentist. If you don't get the tooth checked soon, its gonna get infected and you will be in a lot more trouble than you are now.

As for the pain ... you are no longer in the middle ages... you are given pain killers before the procedure ...  a few small pin-pricks (novocaine) around the tooth will numb out the area.

You will feel the pressure but no pain during the procedure. It will hurt after the painkiller wears off, for about a couple of hours. But your dentist will prescribe pills for that too ... You should be ok in about 3 days... that's how long it should take for the gum to heal. It will feel funny a few days as your tongue feels the empty space :)

  5. So don't go to the dentist and let the dental decay (a disease) get worse and spill all that INFECTION into your bloodstream, and make you sicker....and then you WILL have a bigger problem.

The dentist is the doctor that HELPS you get well by REMOVING the dental decay and FIXING the teeth.

They don't care that you have never been to the dentist, they are there to fix the problem today....

  6. you my feel pressure during the tooth removale, but remember that they numb the mouth with a needle going into your gum. it shouldnt hurt

  7. It's not as bad as you might think. I've had five teeth with huge roots pulled out in one visit. A little pain, but the numbing shots work really well.
