I am 14 and i just found out im lactose intolerant so how do i replace milk in my diet?

  1. I would take a supplement.  Talk to your parents about buying a bottle of them and see how you do.  

    Calcium is very important - especially at your age.


  2. Me to.Try soy milk,collard greens,broccoli,molasses,beans,oranges,s... and almonds.

    And on the days when no one is around me and i'm alone i will drink milk and stay close to the toilet.lol
