Im lactose intolerent and i hav frozen salsbery steak meals, the ingrediants says includes wheat, milk, soy. ?

I am a former chef and most of those warnings are for allergies, lactose or the milk products in the prepared foods like that are minimal, but if your severely intolerant that even a speck of milk product will cause a reaction then maybe you should shy away from those products, but in the salisbury steak they have used milk powder with the filler to make the meat patty, not the sauce.

I am lactose intolerant too. Nothing should happen unless the ingredient was the first or third on the product.  no worries.
