The U.K is more fun, but you might not learn very much.

You'd have a great time at both. I can speak from experience when saying that Canada has some wicked good party schools as well as some highly respected schools where you'd be able to get an excellent education.

Where are you from? If you're from the US then I'd say definitely go to the UK. Going to Canada from the US is pretty easy, you could easily spend a year in the UK, and go on spring break to Canada :)
