but for the yahoo! 360 blog thing, u hav 2 b at least 18 yrs.....

No, you have to be age 13 and up. See http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/gui... . There are reasons why the age is restricted, so you should read the material regarding safety anyway. Most blogging/social networking sites require that you are at least age 13 and up. Yahoo! Answers has the same requirement.

You can try LiveJournal (http://livejournal.com ) - your account will be marked as underage.

"LiveJournal requires that users under the age of thirteen have parental permission to use the site.
