I like the Red Sox and Hes says nob but I only like Jeter and A-Rod on the Sox and i Like the Sox whole team!I also root for the Mets i guess second favorite team? who should i root for!

If you're rooting for the Red Sox and the Mets, all I can say is, you're young, you'll grow up, you'll learn, you'll know better.  If you're still a Met (or Sox) fan by the time you're in high school, then it's too late, the damage will be too extensive to rehabilitate you.

You need to pick one of the worst teams and become a fan of their's so no one can accuse you of being a bandwagon fan. I would say you should become a Pirate or Royal fan. I would say that you should be a Mariner fan, but they almost made the playoffs last year and you may still be seen as someone who is playing the odds of winning in the future. The mark of a real fan is blindly loving a team who makes terrible decisions and loses year after year after year after year, and despite revenue sharing won't spend the money to compete.

I think your age has a lot to do with this.  I am guessing you are between 12 and 15 years old.  (Just a guess) Like whatever team you want.  Do not worry about being a wagon jumper.  It is natural to like the team that is winning.  I love the Yankees because I am from New York (currently live in Boston) and was a young teenager when they were rebuilding before their 4 WS in a row.  I probably started to become a serious fan around 1995, Jeter's first season.  

Regardless, like whomever you want.  Just don't stop and switch because they are losing!!!  That would be bad...

I'm not encouraging you not to root for the Boston Red Sox, however if you choose to go with a New York team, here is an easy shortcut to choosing a favorite team to cheer for. Ask yourself if you are a bigger New York Giants fan, or a bigger New York Jets fan. The majority of New York City sports fans align themselves with the Mets and Jets, or the Yanks and Giants. Thus if you're a Giants fan, enjoy your pinstripes, and if you're a Jets fan enjoy the cheap seats out in Queens. Most importantly remember that it's a game, and meant to be enjoyed, not cause stress. Have fun and good luck on making your decision!

you just started liking baseball and you are a sox fan. it makes you a guy on the bandwagon..since you live in NY it would be acceptable to start liking one of the NY teams (close to home, more coverage of games, more people to share the fandom with)

because you started liking baseball and chose the defending W.S. champs as your team it makes you the worst kind of fan (no offense)

im not saying you should be a NYY fan, but it would be more realistic for the reasons i stated above if you liked the NYY or NYM
