im lookin for a camera that record while drive my car. that i can play back if i was ticket by a cop. any suggesting

You can use any camera (video) to do that.  The solid state (direct to memory chip) kind works better in cars (vibrations).

If you want it to be less noticeable, most compact digital cameras record video, you just press record.  You have to make sure that the model captures sound, and that you have a memory card large enough to hold the clip.

That being said, most police cars have dash cams capable of recording audio as well as video, and those videos have been used to support officers stories many times, but, occasionally have been used to support the statements of somebody who has run into an officer abusing his power.
