i saw it wen i was little, an older movie maybe mid to late 80s ish? wen this guy was a kid his brother was stabbed by thugs by some train tracks n wen he is older the thugs ghosts come back n haunt him or somethin...cant think of the name and its bugging me

First, learn how to write complete words. It's VERY annoying to read this online 'shorthand', which is really just lazy writing. It has nothing to do with age or not being cool or whatever people think. It has to do with properly writing a bloody sentence!

I believe the movie you speak of is called "Sometimes They Come Back." If the kid in the film is an adult and a teacher when these thugs return. That is a Stephen King story and the movie doesn't really do the story justice. This movie came out in the 90s.
