depends where you live.. most mls are available in a public version online...

some good ones are fha.com, fha.gov and naca.com.  The last is for low income housing, but this is good for first time home buyers.  Get as educated as you can, learn the terminology, understand the finances and how they can work and set you up for the future, good luck and happy hunting
