Hes a long lost cousin of mine that lives now in Santo Domingo, Republica Domenicana.....if any info please respond. Only serious responses

It is quite impossible for someone to actually know him through Yahoo answers, so I recommend you look in the internet, browse the telephone book of Republica Dominicana (there might be a lot of Luceros or Peraltas), search him in Google and other search engines and to also search for his email. You can also contact newspaper in Santo Domingo so that you van post an ad there searching for your cousin. I found one of my distant cousins in Quito through the newspaper, electronic version.
