its good to hear that you are trying to rebuild your credit. If everyone stopped abusing their credit, our economy would be in a much better place.

Anyways, to answer your question I can suggest the site below because they have cards designed for people with No/Bad credit. You should apply to the one from Orchard bank at the bottom of the site because it looks like the best option for you. After few months of continuous payment, your credit should improve and you can get approved for a much better card. Good luck!

If you ruined your credit by using credit in the first place, then getting more credit probably isn't the best of plans.  Read Dave Ramsey's "Total Money Makeover", Suzy Ormans book, and the Tightwad Gazette.

If you have really bad credit, you'll probably only qualify for secured credit cards or prepaid cards.

Secured credit cards can help you rebuild your credit, because they report to the credit bureaus. Some prepaid cards report to credit bureaus as well, but not all of them.

However, you'll have to deposit money into an account for these types of cards to secure you're line of credit.
