  1. I find that their concealers aren't good to cover acne, just because I find that it inflames my current acne more! I do like their mineral loose foundation, and I like to use their foundation for my circles under my eyes (although my dark circles aren't really dark since I have yellow undertones near my eyes which kind of neutralizes the blue/purple colour there) Of course, everyones skin reacts differently to a product. So if you want to try it out, try it for a bit and if it breaks you out return it. Always read labels and look for ones that are non comedogenic (I think that's the word? lol meaning doesn't clog pores) and consider consistencies. Ask professionals at the dept. store about what they would suggest, or wherever you are buying the makeup from.

Also, to cover redness (including from just blushing or acne possibly) finding a good green tinted primer or green tinted neutralizer will help to make red less visible, so once you apply foundation over your skin the red won't be as noticeable. I've heard good things about the Lorac Oil Free Neutralizer (oil free being great for acne prone gals) and the Bots No7 green one.. I've tried neither, but I am hoping to try both actually before the end of the month. Ask professionals about what would work best for your skin type and skin condition, try things out, and work from there!

  2. I've tried cinema secrets, benefit, physician's formula, MAC, cover girl, etc... I've tried a lot of concealers because I have big eyes and dark circles too. I have red color around my nose and white near my eyebrows from shaping my brows. So far, the best concealer that I've tried is still MAC. Physician's formula is alright but I have the green based creamy one that comes in a tube and it has a smell to it. I don't find it annoying but if I want serious coverage, I still use my cream based MAC one.
