Im looking for a hotel in Cabo, closer to beach but still walking distance from town, anyone have help?

Hola!  I always recommend the Riu Palace or the Melia CSL as the two best places if you are a first timer in Cabo because they are on the main beach (medano) and they are walking distance to the downtown area.  They are gorgous places -- all inclusive, so a little bit more expensive but you will have a great time.



Of course, there are better and cheaper, but you will find yourself 20 minutes out of town, and/or in a crazy boutique hotel not anywhere near a beach.    

Your best bet is to come down and try out one of the all inclusives first, once you have fallen in love with Cabo and want to desperately come back....you will find more suitable accomodations to your specifications.
