Im looking for a job in the sacramento area involving food health inspections? ?

Look for jobs through cities and counties in your area.  Most cities and counties list job openings on their web sites or look at your state website.  If you have any large establishments like a casino or airport or mall (anywhere with multiple restaurants) they might have internal inspectors.  Large food chains also have internal inspections or quality checks.  Upper management is usually responsible for this, you could also look into that.  

If you look for a job through a city you might want to look in their sanitation division or their department of health.  My mother's ultimate goal was to be a food sanitation inspector but she started working for our city as a lead inspector.  She is now a food sanitation inspector and she also does internal inspections for MGM casino.
