  1. Not really much of an answer but dont buy one off the Inet .any billiard supply would have one they are not that expensive and you could have it engraved at any trophy shop even an engraved plaque for the case it makes a nice package to do both

But off the net is like a mail order Bride nice picture but whats she really like ????????At least hold it first

I wont even ask why you would want it for pool but its your choice

  2. sorry, a lot of unanswered questions.

    1. how much do you want to pay?

    2. google "pool cues"

    3. you can get a cue custom made (not literally, but the length/weight/etc.) you want and get it initialed.

    4. 25 plus makers of good cues

    5. cost is going to be from $150.00 up.

what you want is, technically, a snooker cue (because of the low weight) and snooker cues are longer than pool cues-pool=57" and snooker=59". buying a better cue will allow you to choose the following

    1. tip size (12 to 15mm)

    2. weight

    3. number of shafts (extra shafts are, usually, from $75 to 150

    4. probably length- as in 57" for a light cue

you might get a cue from some cheapo place that will engrave your initials. BUT it will be 19 to 21 oz. rather that the 15 you want (that 15 feather weight refers to the weight of the cue in ounces)

  3. Try google search Phillippi Cues. Go to cue catalogue. See number 28, a nice looking cue (I have 1) and the only 15 ounce cue I have ever used that was worth a da*n. Retail 800.

    Luck

  4. I'd don't know why people keep saying this, but it irritates me.

Snooker cues are SHORTER than pool cues. I can show you 10 sites that sell snooker cues, and 90% of them are 57". The other 10% are 58", not 59". The ONLY pool cues that are shorter than 58" are one piece house cues and custom built cues for short people. You would have to look very, very hard to find a 57" two piece production pool cue.

Sorry, just ranting. Not really an answer to your question.
