  1. Fly into cancun, but try to stay along the Riviera Maya. Less touristy, great swimming and more central to all the excursions.

Stay away from all-inclusives. It's a waste of money. (read the fine print) They don't cover all alcohol, foods or sports and activities. Plus, you will be tied down to the resort for the week.

Try to rent out a timeshare, such as the Mayan Palace. Its a 5 star crown resort. Most timeshares are 5 star and have the best pools, restaurants and spas. For the same price you will pay for 2 people, you can rent the timeshare and get a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, jacuzzi, kitchen and  living room. Once you rent one, you won't want to ever want to stay at a hotel or resort ever again!

Don't use a travel agency. There's no need. You can do it all online. You will be able to get some really good deals because of the dates you have choosen.

  2. http://www.hotelesoasis.com/

on those dates for 10 nights/ all inclusive/ flight on continental airlines/ 2 adults, the oasis palm beach and spa is $4400 total, the oasis cancun is 4500 and the oasis viva beach is 4800.

another suggestion is cabo san lucas, mexico

    they have amazing villas..

-($4800 total including air, 10 nights, all inclusive)

  3. The Riu Palace is a good one located on the Mexican Riviera half way between Cancun and Playa Del Carmen.  But with all the boutique hotels and restaurants, why the all-inclusive.  Try staying in Playa Del Carmen... Mosquito Blue Hotel..  The beaches are flawless here....and deserted relative to Cancun....
