You'll struggle but you can try Per Scent and AM Cosmetics or H&B Supplies (they all sell clarins but limited items). I used to get cosmetics/skincare from all of these but if you're thinking of Ebay, forget it. Prices on there are lower than wholesale price which makes me think most of it is fake but people seem happy to buy it, leaving the genuine stuff unsold!
