Well, there isn't another way to spell it.  Blessings is the correct way.  If you spell it any other way it will be misspelled.

I think if you're going to use it as a name for a child you should keep the spelling correct. That way it doesn't look ignorant and people don't regularly mispronounce it or misspell it.

why would you want to change the spelling? then it won't be as meaningful as the word Blessings is....and please if you're going to use it, use it as a middle name.  I believe children are blessings but that doesn't mean you should use it as a name. As a teacher I can tell you that if I saw that name on my list, I would just shake my head. I would feel bad for the poor kid with a name that's so out there
