There might be some in Hood River, Oregon, I believe there are some shops that sell videos that might help. In fact I bleive there's a catalogue called The House that has them. Their web site is http://www.the-house.com their catalongs are free.

on kitefilm.com they release a small clip every week which is usually a trick but they do have some instructional such as the water start and heading upwind if you look through the list.
