im mostly looking for one to create layouts and to edit my pics

please make shure there free and wont s***w up my computer.

You can't download Photoshop for free, but there are alternatives. Try the GIMP http://www.gimp.org/ or Paint.Net http://www.getpaint.net/

You mean "Photoshop"... I guess.

Well, simple: free programs won't do what you want and can s***w up your computer.

Cracked programs (stolen copies) will s***w up your computer.

Photoshop is for sale, not for free.

You can, on the other hand, get a cheap, legal copy registering as a student, or a teacher, or from your school (as a student copy).  Go to Adobe and try there.
