Nepal is not exactly a spa-type destination.   The ubiquitous massage industry in Kathmandu is completely overrun by prostitutes and pimps.  In Pokhara, the situation is not much better.  While there are a couple of "legitimate" places in town, the quality of service is very poor.

In some of the better hotels (Soaltee, Yak & Yeti) offer massage service, but again, the service is nothing special.  

Outside of the two main cities, finding a massage is difficult, but there are providers on some of the popular trekking routes, especially Annapurna.  Quality is hit or miss.

Going to Nepal with the expectation of having  a good spa experience is not realistic.  You might consider alternative destinations if that is your main objective of travel.
